They're actually great. Stayed here multiple times and not only is the hotel great in terms of any budget, the value is great and the staff is just always an absolute pleasure to see every time

Updated facility with a good free breakfast. They provide laundry pods and dryer sheets. Laundry machines cost 50 cents. Lots of restaurants and a large mall nearby. The virtual tour on their website accurately shows the room.

Loved this place! The young man who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. I pleasure travel a lot and stay at many different motels. This was one of the best as it had everything I typically look for - able to park right next to my room door, clean looking and smelling, and a great rate top the list. My room, 136 I think, was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a fridge and microwave. The shower had good pressure and with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfy and the air conditioning aggressive. Bonus! I was right next to their guest laundry and ice machine! This time I'm on a 4-week motorcycle trip and need to wash clothes every 7 days. The guest laundry here is great! Large capacity washer and dryer and reasonable cost (2.50wash/1.50 dry). I wish they would have had some detergent available at the front desk for a $1 or so per load. Good customer service and profit idea there! Breakfast was good - waffles and sausage. Doris was helpful and fun to chat with. What a great way to start the day!

I stayed here for the eclipse, and couldn't be happier. The front desk personnel were very upbeat and pleasant, even given the high volume of traffic they were experiencing due to the eclipse. We booked our room only a few weeks before the event and needed a handicapped room. Given the lateness of the reservation, we would have just settled for a first floor room, but they got us the handicapped room. Additionally, while other hotels in the same tier were starting to charge $300 a night or more, we got an incredible deal. While I wouldn't say it's the Ritz - Carlton, for the price, the room was clean, comfortable and was perfectly serviceable. All in all, I would stay here again

We have been at this hotel for over a month and we have really enjoyed it!!! It's been very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the manager is very hospitable. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty awesome too. We have had no issues here whatsoever and I will definitely stay here again

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here in the past and it was good, but now they have updated quite a few things. There is all new linen and furniture. The lobby has also been updated, nice new floors. The complementary breakfast was better then most hotels. They had fried potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy and waffles. As well as the normal cereals and muffins etc. The price for the room was very reasonable, and everyone was very friendly.

We stopped here for the night on our way back to Illinois from our Florida home and we will again. The staff was very nice upon check in, the room was clean with very nice furniture and a comfortable bed. There are lots of restaurant choices within walking distance, making this a perfect location. We would strongly recommend it and will plan to stay here again ourselves!

My family and I stopped in for the night after driving all day. Nick at the front desk helped me get the best rate. He was polite and check in only took a few minutes. The staff in the morning was also very friendly at check out. Due to the covid, the pool was closed and there was no breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. When we walked in, we had to try several different lamps until we found one that worked. I think they just needed new bulbs. I let the front desk know. We slept great. I know a lot of the reviews said things about bed bugs and cockroaches, but we had no problems at all. Very clean room and didn't smell weird, either. Thank you, Nick. See you next year.

Been here a while. All the staff are very friendly! If you get the chance of catching the owners here they are friendly and talkative! It's a great way to spend the afternoon talking to them, I always enjoy the stories I hear from them! The front desk ladies are super nice and have a wealth of information, always a pleasure speaking with them!
